Welcome to the new and improved ctam.com! As you can see, a lot of changes have been made to our online home, and while we expect a few bumps in the road while we get used to new things, we think you'll agree that this is a huge step forward.

Our enhanced Member Directory is more robust, allowing you to search by job title, committee participation, "smart" search ("Joe" finds "Joseph," etc.) and even maps to help you locate your colleagues.

Our Job Bank still offers our users the best way to find the best people available, and now, for job seekers, you can sort your search results by location, title, and company name.

We're excited to offer a new batch of collaboration tools, from committee workspaces to specialized content areas.

We're also stepping into the world of vlogging. Have you checked out the latest Two Cents in Two Minutes?

And if you get lost along the way, we have made significant improvements to our site search feature. You'll see the search box at the top of every page, and a link to an advanced search so you can really narrow down your results.

There's much more of course, but you'll have more fun exploring on your own. So please excuse the dust and noise, and breathe in that "new site smell."
