CNN, Multichannel News & CTAM Present the
Customer Retention Case Study Competition

(Alexandria, VA - March 27, 2002) CTAM (Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing), CNN and Multichannel News announce the Customer Retention Case Study Competition, which recognizes the most effective marketing and operational efforts to retain basic and advanced cable television customers. Entries must be submitted to CTAM by or before Friday, May 10, 2002 at 5:00 pm EST.

The competition is seeking successful customer retention concepts that have achieved significant, documented results. Entries will be evaluated based on strategy development, implementation and analysis of results.

Winning case studies will be shared with CTAM members both at The CTAM Summit and on the CTAM Web site, so that industry professionals can learn from the leaders in customer retention. Selected winners will be invited to speak at The CTAM Summit on July 14-17, 2002 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA.
