Hotel Information page. Book through CTAM and not only will
you be close to the convention center, you'll also save money.
Plus, you just might run into some people you know in the lobby.
Where's all the action?
The Summit educational sessions will be held at the Hynes
Convention Center. Parties and receptions will be held at
various booming venues around the area.
Where is the Registration Desk?
The CTAM
registration desk will be located just outside of Summit Central
in the Hynes Convention Center.
This is where you'll pick up your conference badge, which you'll
need for admission to all conference events - including the
networking events held off-site. Please bring a photo ID
when you pick up your badge. We highly recommend that
you pick up your badge at least a half hour before the first
session you plan to attend. We always have a rush
right before the sessions begin on Monday, and we'd hate to keep
you waiting.

I want to play golf. How
do I sign up?
You can
sign up as an individual
and we'll randomly place you in a foursome, or you can
sponsor a foursome and
invite your key clients. Tee off time is 7:30 am with a
"Modified Scramble" format.
How can I hold a meeting of my
own at the conference?

What should I wear?
We want you to relax and be comfortable. That’s why business
casual attire is suggested. You will be in an always-perfect 70
degree climate-controlled area, but when you venture out for the
night life, be prepared for a possible change in the weather.
Can I register onsite?
For best rates and shortest lines, please register online in
advance. On-site registrations are also welcome, but there is an
added $50.00 fee.
How do I get my badge?
Your badge will not be mailed to you. You will pick-up your
badge and conference materials at the CTAM Registration counter
at the Hynes Convention Center. Badges will be listed under your
last name. Identification will be required.
May I bring a guest to the social events?
Yes, guest passes are available at the Onsite Registration Desk
for $40 per day. The one-day pass includes all drinks, food, and
entertainment for the evening reception and party.
