*Membership is open to any individual engaged in the cable business, including those employed by MSOs and systems, networks and content providers, and suppliers of equipment and services. Note: Employment with a CTAM Corporate Fund member company, does not qualify you as a national individual member of CTAM and is not applicable for conference registration.  

**A guest must be a fellow staff associate, business partner or client and could not have attended either conference in 2010 nor 2011. Membership is required to access this rate.

***Must present a valid school ID at the time of badge pick-up.  

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by September 7, 2012. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds through June 30, 2012. A $275 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds between July 1 and September 7, 2012, with exception of Academic registrants. Cancellations of any kind CANNOT be accepted after September 7, 2012.  

You may send a replacement - who must qualify for the same registration type - so that your registration will not go unused. Please notify CTAM if you plan to send a substitute. A fee will be charged for any lost badges.
