The 2009 CTAM TeleSeminar: “Understanding
Viewer Multi-Screen Migration” was broadcast live on July 23rd.
The event, hosted by CTAM New
York, was simulcast to 39 locations across the country.
The discussion focused on the evolving consumer
adoption of viewing video on the Internet and mobile with the
media makers including Amy Banse, Comcast Interactive Media;
Dallas Clement, Cox Communications; David Evans,
Rainbow Media and Perkins Miller, NBC Universal Sports &
Olympics. Moderated by Will Richmond, VideoNuze, the
panelists also tackled the complexity of marketing to
multi-platform users and shared experiences in maximizing
content distribution opportunities.

hosted Career Strategies for Turbulent Times. Career
coach and author Rebecca Metschke gave a presentation on how to
be prepared in today’s employment climate.
CTAM Greater
Philadelphia
hosted Meet the Operator, a networking event, for more
than 120 attendees aboard the Moshulu in Penn’s Landing.
Featured guests included Peter Intermaggio and Rick Lang of
Comcast along with Linda Stutchell of Harron.
CTAM New England
produced a session at NECTA “How Cable is Succeeding in
Broadband Video” with Doug Guthrie from Comcast, Josh Martin
from Yankee Group, Damon Phillips from ESPN360 and moderator
Will Richmond from VideoNuze. The session had 85 in attendance.
