Note: CTAM Chapter membership alone, and/or employment with a CTAM Corporate Fund member company, does not qualify you as a national individual member of CTAM and is not applicable for conference registration.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by September 2. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Cancellations of any kind CANNOT be accepted after September 2. You may send a replacement - who must qualify for the same registration type - so that your registration will not go unused. Please notify CTAM if you plan to send a substitute. A $250 fee will be charged for any lost badges.
