Before joining the Harvard Faculty, DeLong was Chief Development Officer and ManagingDirector of Morgan Stanley Group, Inc., where he was responsible for the firm’s human capital and focused on issues oforganizational strategy and organizational change.
Mihir A. Desai is the Mizuho Financial Group Professor of Finance at Harvard Business School and a Professorof Law at Harvard Law School. He received his Ph.D. in political economy from Harvard University; his MBA as a BakerScholar from Harvard Business School; and a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Brown University. In1994, he was a Fulbright Scholar to India.

Felix Oberholzer-Gee is the Andreas Andresen Professor of Business Administration in the Strategy Unitat Harvard Business School. A member of the faculty since 2003, Professor Oberholzer-Gee received his Masters degree,summa cum laude, and his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Zurich. He currently teaches competitive strategyin executive education programs such as the Program for Leadership Development, the Senior Executive Program for China,and in a program for media executives titled Effective Strategies for Media Companies.
