CTAM and its member companies have been leading an industry-wide collaboration to increase consumer awareness and usage of TV Everywhere services since 2013.
This TV Everywhere resource center includes user experience recommendations, marketing communications tools, and consumer research.
Appreciation for the effort involved in creating the bulk of this work goes to the TVE UX Subcommittee, the TVE Marcom subcommittee, both now retired, as is the TVE Steering Committee which provided leadership and set subcommittee expectations for the working groups.
TVE best practice discovery and recommendations continue through the work of the Advanced Products Working Group, which has bi-weekly conference calls and hosts periodic best practice sessions during which members share approaches, campaigns, and performance on TVE-related topics.
CTAM partners with the Open Authentication Technology Committee (OATC) to create and deliver a simple and secure TV Everywhere experience. The OATC is a non-profit industry association committed to developing open, voluntary technical standards that will enable consumers to access subscription TV content via participating Internet sites.
