EDUCATIONAL EVENTS DEPARTMENT
The Educational Events department is responsible for the development and organization of the annual CTAM Summit, CTAM Research Conference, the Mark Awards, CTAM Hall of Fame and special publishing projects, and smaller meetings. The department also creates and executes the marketing plans for all CTAM conferences, one-day seminars and events.

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
Manages CTAM’s operations, member records, conference registrations, member database, accounting and finance, customer service, human resources and information technology. Serves as primary contact with CTAM members and prospects, and develops and markets CTAM’s non-conference products and services. Manages member acquisition, retention and transitional memberships, member and chapter relations, CTAM SmartBrief, Membership Directory, CTAM iQ, TeleSeminar, Chapter Leadership Conference, Webcasts and Chapters’ Council.
