Championing the need for a landscape view of password sharing
Tenacity should be Todd’s middle name. He’s been championing the need for a landscape view of password sharing for years. Needless to say is was definitely a journey along winding and sometimes dirt roads. But through his tenacity and Adobe’s willingness to support, Adobe Account IQ (Beta) was launched earlier this year. This would not have happened without Todd’s commitment to the initiative and to CTAM. He is definitely a warrior for the cause.
A 12-year veteran at Adobe, Todd Greenbaum currently leads all initiatives centered around TV Everywhere. Todd is a founding member of the Emmy® award winning Adobe Pass service which powers authentication for more than 500 TV-E apps across 650+ MVPDs. Most recently, and in partnership with CTAM, Todd has led the initiative to analyze TV-E consumption patterns to curb fraud and identify new monetization opportunities. Prior to Adobe, Todd held leadership roles at a number of technology start-ups, including Netscape. Todd holds B.S. and B.A. degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Thunderbird. Todd serves as an officer and board member of the OATC and the non-profit, Care4Africa, Inc.
“As a TV Everywhere pioneer Todd has relentlessly pushed for an improved user experience and increased adoption. And it’s become such a good experience that everyone started sharing credentials. With Account IQ he’s now using machine learning to safeguard the rightful owners accounts and keep the industry safe. In other words, he’s created the problem and he’s fixing it too. He might be an evil genius… All we know is that we thank him for all his work!”

The “walking encyclopedia” of all things piracy.
Don can be compared to the “walking encyclopedia” of all things piracy. Got a technical question about piracy? Call Don. Got a about question about the different types of piracy? Ask Don. In addition to being scary smart, he’s extremely responsive and one of the politest people we’ve ever worked with. Thus – the total TAMI package. Congratulations Don!
As Comcast’s Director of Strategic Fraud Intelligence, Don focuses his effort in many areas. With years of experience in fraud with many companies, his creative and analytical thinking has made an impact with Comcast, the entertainment industry as well as law enforcement. He takes accountability uniformly, whether it’s for his job protecting Comcast and its subscribers or in his personal life he has an insatiable need for the truth (which drives his caffeine requirements).
”Our partnership has meant a great deal to me since CTAM has been such pivotal partner in the education of consumers. If I were to be giving an award, I would to CTAM for the award earning velvet glove in which you use to help consumers as well as the entertainment business and MSO community.”
“Don has created several anti-piracy tools that are now at use at Comcast and other industry partners. He is the man, in the middle of the night, chasing pirates through the dark pools and eddies of the Internet.”

Name 1-2 things you’re doing differently because of COVID.
I have been able to spend more time learning. I just started college again, working on a B.S. in Cybersecurity, I’ve survived a 6-day CISSP certification bootcamp with minimal physical damage and working on my CISSP certification. With no commute time to anything, my days are never boring! Now, I hope to learn how to unplug!

Says Jeff: “Proud to be a part of a great team of folks at Align Broadcasting, working with MVPDs to understand how to monetize and merchandise transactional content, and drive viewers from impulse to purchase faster.
